Disney Quest

Welcome gamers of all ages! DisneyQuest Indoor Interactive theme park is a one-of-a-kind gaming experience that you do not want to miss. Discover and visit 5 floors fueled by electronic Disney innovation and imagination which includes virtual reality, 3D encounters and classic video games from the past.
Here they have virtual attractions of the following: Cyber-space Mountain,Virtual Jungle Cruise, Buzz Lightyear’s Astroblasters, Aladdin’s Magic Carpet Ride and many more! This attracion is wheel chair accessible and fun for all ages.
If this doesn’t intrigue the whole family then you are in luck because this is located in Downtown Disney where other attractions, restaurants, and nightlife surround DisneyQuest! This is a perfect place to spend a family outing or with friends.

Sunday – Thursday: 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Friday – Saturday: 11:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Star Trek Experience & CSI Exhibition
If you like crime or if you like Startrek then you are in luck! Star Trek: The Exhibition has traveled across America and is now located in Orlando, Florida. It holds the largest collection of Star Trek artifacts, information and collectables. You can ever be on sets and sit in the Kirks chair. Next-door is a CSI Exhibition where you and your family can feel like you are a part of the show. There are crime scenes you can help solve.
Admission is $15.95 plus tax for adults $9.95 plus tax for children ages 3-11.
This is located on 7220 International Drive, Orlando, FL. If you wish to see both the CSI and Star Trek Experience they offer a special.

The Holy Land Experience

The Holy Land Experience is a biblical museum that takes you 2000 years back and 7000 miles away. If you are a Christian or you’d like to take a peak into Christianity then stop here and enlightened your world with history and entertainment. Admission for ages 3-5 is USD $10.00, ages 6-12 is USD $25.00 and ages 13 and up is USD $40.00. It is closed on Sunday and Monday and some holidays. On operating days the attraction is open 10am-6pm. There is a market, plays and a café for you and your family to enjoy a lunch in the beautiful Florida weather. Check out the website for Wednesdays because then tend to have speakers come for some events and praise about God. Come on down for this spiritual event!
The John. F. Kennedy Space Center
Feast your eyes on NASA and their way of making you into an astronaut. This is the only place on Earth where you and your family can tour NASA’s launch areas, see giant rockets, meet a veteran astronaut, train and have the experience of an astronaut, and you can even view a launch! The Kennedy Space Center is open daily from 9 a.m-5 p.m. Admission for children ages 3-11 is $40.00 and adults are $50.00. $Parking costs 10.00 per car. During the seasons there tend to be packages that will bring the price lower and allow you to see and visit more attractions, such as the IMAX Theater. Come on down for a thrilling yet educational time of your life!

La Nouba, Cirque De Soleil
For those who love the entertainment lifestyle, you are in luck. In Downtown Disney there is a show called La Nouba that is performed by Cirque Du Soleil. Admission can range for adults between USD $75.00-146.00 and children can range from USD $60.00-119.00 depending on the season and the seating arrangements. La Nouba is the meeting of two worlds poles apart, so it says on the website. It is the creativity and imagination performed but what we view as circus artists. Every outfit is different and every act will mesmerize you. I have been to this performance before and I plan on going again this Christmas. If you are close to the stage in the audience you might be one of the lucky ones to go up on the stage with these performers. This is one of my personal favorite attractions located in Orlando, Florida an I advise those to go and be amazed.
Pirates Dinner Adventure
Arghhhhhhh we ready! Haha Pirate Puns. If you and your family want to be entertained and have dinner at the same time then jump on board to the Pirate’s Dinner Adventure. When I viewed the website, I saw that there seemed to be a showing everyday in the evening. Admission for adults (ages 12 and older) is USD $61.95 and children (ages 3-11) is USD $37.45. You are seated in sections and become a part of a team. Not only is this an entertainment but also it’s interactive. The performers will bring up volunteers in the four different sections and they will help out during the show. During this entertainment you are served a three coarse meal. You have either a choice of salad or soup, then chicken or pork with sides, or then a dessert! They also have a vegetarian dish and children sized meals. The menu is also subject to change. Please enjoy your dinner and entertainment. Check out for season specials!
Orlando Grand Prix
Welcome to Orlando’s premiere indoor go-kart racing experience. Speed lovers unite! Your one of a kind go kart facility is open seven days a week. On Sunday they are open 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday it is open 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday it is open 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Adult vehicles will be able to get as fast as 50 miles per hour while children vehicles will reach speeds of 25 hours per hour. If this is an activity that you wish to not attempt, there is a lounge area that provides free WiFi. Check out the website for specials. For example on some days of the week there will be a special of buy two tickets and get one ticket free. Come on down for some racing adventure and may the nest man or woman win!
Blue Man Group
The Blue Man Group has grown into an internationally acclaimed theatrical and musical performance. This performance act is a show that includes comedy with experimental ways of creating music. This is located in City Walk of Universal. From viewing the calendar on their webpage is seems that they are open seven days a week and have two showings at 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Admission start at USD $69.00 for an adult and child tickets start at USD $29.00. The prices are subjected to change due to seating assignment and day of the week. If you go to the website there are special packages that include tickets to Universal or Islands of adventure. This is a fantastic performance and I have gone twice before in the past. You should defiantly not miss this performance!
Treasure Tavern
The Treasure Tavern has been voted “Best Date Night 2012” by Orlando Sentinel Readers. The Treasure Tavern suggests that guests should leave the children home since this evening has been created for grown-ups for naughty but good-natured fun. A silent magician, a contortionist, mime artists and a quick-change act from Russian acrobats will entertain you. You are served dinner as the performers sing, dance and make you laugh. The dinner is a four course meals and changes. The dinner and show admission with tax is USD $66.85 per person but check out their website for specials! The show is open five days a week between Tuesday and Saturday and show time is at 8:00 p.m. Leave the children at home and enjoy your romantic yet humorous evening!
Orlando Balloon Rides
This is a one of a kind experience for you and your family. The Hot Air Balloon Rides take place every morning at sunrise in the Disney area of Orlando Florida, which is also known as Kissimmee. The balloon rides include an hour flight, full buffet breakfast, a flight certificate and champagne toast. The Adult prices is USD $175.00 however if you go to Groupon.com there seem to be discounted balloon rides. You must make a reservation by phone or e-mail. Enjoy the Sunshine State like never before!
Boggy Creek Airboat Rides
Do you enjoy wildlife? Do you enjoy fast boat rides? Well you have come to the right place. The Boggy Creek Airboat rides have four different packages. You can enjoy a scenic nature tour for 30 minutes and see some alligators. You may also choose to search for alligators at night on their one-hour night tour. You also have the choice of attending the swap excursion for 45 minutes or the scenic nature tour for an hour. This activity starts at USD $29.95 for adults and for children 3-10 USD $19.95. Marriott’s Grande Pines Golf Course
Man or woman, anyone enjoys a summery day playing golf. Orlando is known internationally for an ideal location for vacation so why not take a relaxing day and play some golf in the Sunshine State of America. The Marriott’s Grande Pines golf course has been able to preserve the native flora and wetland of Florida for this 7,012 yard, par 72 golf course. Here, you can enjoy the scenery and play some golf. At the clubhouse you may rent gulf clubs and golf carts. After you play, you may always grab a drink or dine out on international drive. Gatorland
Come one, come all! Welcome to Gatorland! This theme attraction is open 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. Show times with the creatures are repeated several times a day so you can’t miss them! Adult admission is USD $24.00 and children ages 3-12 are USD $16.99. At this attraction you can explore the area and look at different types of gators. You can even wrestle a gator with the help of guides and it is fun for all ages. You can also have an adventure hour and come close to some gators in their natural environment. Bok Tower Gardens
This is one of my favourite places in Florida. I have a membership because I try to come to Bok Tower Gardens as much as possible. There is nearly 50 acres of gardens, a 1930s Mediterranean mansion you can tour, and a 205-foot art deco singing tower. This is one of the world’s finest carillons with 60 bells that have daily concerts and ring every half an hour. This historic landmark was dedicated in 1929 as a gift from Edward Bok, a world peace advocate and Pulitzer Prize-winning author. The Bok Tower gardens also have concerts. One of my favorite events is a string quartet concert that is featured once a month during the evening. Admission to this attraction is USD $12.00 for adults and USD $3.00 for children. There is also a gift store and a small café out in the garden areas.
Dinosaur World
Dinosaur World is in Plant City, Florida. This attraction is a wonderful place to stop with the family between Tampa and Orlando. There are 150 life-sized dinosaurs. You are your family can enjoy a stroll through the park and take pictures next to these massive creatures. You can also go on a fossil dig! Admission for adults is USD $14.95 and for children it is USD $12.95. Dinosaur World is open between the hours 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and is also pet friendly! That’s right. You can bring your pets on this adventure. Come enjoy the full experience at Dinosaur World.
Hollywood Drive In Theatre
Welcome to Orlando’s premiere miniature golf experience. This is an 18-hole course inspired by the 1950s era. Guests enter the course at a drive in theater box office and have a choice of two family friendly courses, “Invaders from Plant Putt” and “The Haunting of Ghostly Greens”. The course is made up of elaborate movie-style scenes, a cementary, an alien robot, a giant spider and much more! It is open daily from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. and admission for adults is USD $13.99 and USD $11.99 for children. Come on down to the Universal area and enjoy your spooky yet fun putt-putt golf.
